Recently we've been experiencing problems with the shipping calculator that is in use on our website. This may cause discrepancies with the amount that you are charged for shipping. In the case of such a discrepancy, you will be notified via email from which we will resolve the issue.
Sometimes items are too big to ship, and therefore you may get an error from in shipping from our system, please contact our office via phone or email and we can process your order manually.
Orders may be placed online anytime, or by phone or by fax, Monday through Friday, during business hours. To speak to a Customer Care Representative, please dial 416-422-2272 or 1-855-422-2272 . Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (EST). After hours, please faxyour order to 416-422-2008 or enter your order online.

Rush Orders
In-Stock orders requiring a guaranteed delivery date/time should choose the expedited service on our website.

All major credit cards are accepted. If you are a dealer and would like to set up an account, please contact our Customer Care Specialists.
Taxes
Federal and Provincial taxes are additional. IF YOU ARE A DEALER, AND HAVE A PROVINCIAL TAX EXEMPTION NUMBER, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALISTS.
Returns and Exchanges
All CLEARANCE merchandise is final sale. There are no returns or exchanges are allowed. No additional discounts apply to CLEARANCE merchandise.
All regular priced merchandise from the website may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All additional shipping charges are extra. Items being returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All Sale Items are FINAL, no returns or exchanges.

Occasionally the system does not calculate the ship costs, should this error occur, please call our Customer Service number and a representative will be happy to take your order by phone. Or email your order to chryslerbrands@bosspro.com

When does the order ship out?
Answer
In stock orders typically ship out within 24-48 hours. You will be contacted via email or telephone if the product(s) you have ordered are not in stock. Our warehouse typically ships out on Tuesday and Thursday, some exceptions may apply.

I saw an item on the US site, but I don't see it on yours?
Answer
Unfortunately we are not affiliated with the US site, therefore we do not carry the same merchandise.

At this time, we do not do international shipping.
